Zentralog is a behavioral trading journal that connects to Tradovate and brings your trades in for you. Sign in once and pick the accounts you want to journal.
You no longer need to export a file after every session. It works the same way for NinjaTrader Brokerage accounts and for prop firm accounts that trade on Tradovate.
Personal accounts, evaluations and funded accounts all sit in one profile, next to accounts from other brokers and firms. Rithmic, TopstepX and MetaTrader 5 also sync automatically. For brokers without auto-sync, you upload a statement.
How auto-sync works
Use your Tradovate account to connect.
Choose which Tradovate accounts to journal: personal, evaluation or funded.
Past trades arrive as far back as Tradovate allows. From then on, new trades sync automatically several times a day in the background, and again whenever you open Zentralog.
At the top: Net P&L, win rate, profit factor and streaks. Below that: your daily cumulative P&L curve, a monthly P&L calendar, P&L by weekday, edge by session, recent trades and a time heatmap. You can build several dashboards and switch between them.
Every evaluation, funded and breached account sits on one screen. Each is checked against its firm's rules: profit target, minimum trading days, daily loss limit, and drawdown with its floor. Fees, resets and payouts give you a net result and ROI per firm. For a breached account, you see which rule closed it.
Six tabs: P&L, Time, Instrument, Execution, Risk and Simulation. Find your strongest hour and session, see which contracts pay and which don't, what your entries and exits cost you, and how deep and how long your drawdowns run. Simulation runs 5,000 Monte Carlo paths of your next trades.
Write your own rules: trading hours, max trades per day, daily max loss, notes required. Zentralog checks each day against them and shows today's compliance, your clean streak, your longest streak and your compliance history.
One number from 0 to 100 for how you trade. It is built from seven factors: profit factor, max drawdown, average win/loss, discipline, win rate, consistency and recovery.
Notes in folders, templates and checklists you can tick. Drop charts into a note and link trades inside it, so your plan and your review sit next to the trades.
Zentralog only reads your trades. It never opens, changes or closes a position, and it is not a broker.
You can still add or edit trades by hand and set your own commissions and fees.
Yes. Sign in with your Tradovate account and pick the accounts to journal. New trades then come in several times a day in the background, and whenever you open Zentralog.
Yes. Prop firm accounts that trade on Tradovate use the same connection. That includes Apex Trader Funding, MyFundedFutures, Tradeify, Lucid Trading, TradeDay, Earn2Trade, Alpha Futures, FundedNext Futures, Blue Guardian Futures and Elite Trader Funding.
Yes. NinjaTrader Brokerage accounts run on the Tradovate API, so you connect them through Tradovate.
