Why this exists
Where exactly are we losing it?
We built this because none of the things we were using could answer one question.
There was no blown account, no disaster month. That is more or less the point. We were trading, keeping notes in Notion, keeping numbers in a spreadsheet, and trying journals that told us what we had made without ever telling us why. Between all of them we had everything, and we could still not answer the only thing that mattered.
The question was not complicated: where exactly are we losing it? Not which trades lost. Those are easy to find. The habit underneath them. Working that out by hand took most of an evening, so we did it rarely, and by the time we had an answer the month it belonged to was already over.
We started building in November 2025, for ourselves. Zentralog is that evening's work, done in the time it takes to open a tab.

What is a trading journal?
A record of every trade you take, with the context around it, so you can see what works and what doesn't. Zentralog fills it in for you by syncing your broker, then shows the patterns in your results.
Which brokers sync automatically?
Tradovate (including NinjaTrader Brokerage), Rithmic, TopstepX, MetaTrader 5 and cTrader. For the rest of the 200+ brokers and firms, you upload a statement.
What does it cost during the beta?
Nothing. Zentralog is completely free while it is in public beta, and we don't ask for a card to sign up.
Which brokers and platforms work?
Over 200 brokers, platforms and prop firms. Some sync automatically, the rest import from a statement you upload. Check yours on the supported brokers page, and if it's missing, tell us.
Is Zentralog a broker? Can it touch my money?
No. Zentralog isn't a broker and never places trades. Zentralog only reads your trades. It never opens, changes or closes a position.
How long before I see something useful?
As soon as your account connects. Your past trades come in too, months of them, not just the ones from the day you sign up, so your first look is already your real history.
Can I connect more than one account?
Yes. Personal accounts, evaluations and funded accounts, from different brokers and prop firms, can all live in the same profile.
Can I use it with my prop firm?
Yes. Apex, Topstep, Tradeify, Lucid Trading, FTMO, Blue Guardian and more are on the supported list, and Prop Tracker follows every evaluation and funded account in one place.
Can I add or edit trades manually?
Yes. Add a trade by hand, edit one that came in, or upload a statement for an account that isn't connected.
Can I set my own commissions and fees?
Yes, so your P&L reflects what you actually kept, not just the price moves.
Do I have to journal every day?
No. Every trade arrives already filled in with what happened. Writing the why is optional and takes a sentence, and the analytics work whether or not you add it.
Does it work on my phone?
There's no native app, but Zentralog has been adapted to work in your phone's browser, so your journal goes wherever you do.
Does Zentralog give trading advice or signals?
No. It's an analytics and journaling tool. It shows you what your own trades say; what you do with that is your call.
It's a beta. How rough is it?
It works, it's in daily use, and it will still have edges. We'd rather have you in early and shaping it than polished and late. Whatever you hit, tell us: in the beta, that feedback goes straight to the people building it.
